can’t get past the first clue. numbers seem to represent words and letters, or perhaps a sequence. Listen for the taps, and Clue in the source don’t seem to shed any light.
hints anyone?

Since you brought the map, I’ll buy you a hot dog and a beer. The street we’re on reminds me of his first movie. Let’s meet there. ??? Who’s first movie
Anonymous
May 26, 2006
I’m guessing that it is the first movie Mickey Mouse was in as we are in the city where disney land is.

But if your buying a beer and a hot dog wouldn’t oyu be at a ballpark? Maybe a street one of the teams in the area plays on?

I need a little more help with drop the new act and go to the CITY? any one have a few more suggestions or locations i can use to get to the answer?
This one took me a while to figure out as well. Here are some hints:
1) Why would you need a ‘passport’?
2) The ‘new’ clue is related to a major “thing” the southwest (where “thing” is being vague to not give it away completely), and geographically not to far from the current city in the puzzle
3) The final destination is a “city”, so you’ll need to be sure that your answer is the name of a city.
4) As always, the answer will be in lower case
If you still have trouble, email smittyriddle@gmail.com
Good luck

‘I’m glad you made it here. If you’re feeling lucky in this country, you can find some import partners. Meet me at the capital city of the smallest partner.’
What do I google for this? Countries that Mexico imports from or exports to?

Apparently the United States has had nine different capitals, and the answer they seek isn’t Philadelphia either, which was the first and the last before washington dc.

“I think we are being followed. Seek the truth and hurry to the capital of the United States.”
I type in “washingtondc,”
but it says “You have not sought the truth.” So then I tried “federalcity,”washingtoncity,” and “districtofcolumbia,” but it just says “Wrong. You are lost.” HELP! It specifically asks for the US capital, which what I entered!?!

“a place to park” — it wants the name of the city, then the name of the park. Once you find the city, a quick use of google earth/maps will help you identify the park.
re: #10 — do a google image search for twin skyscrapers. you’ll see the picture, then look at the context!

there is an online list of all nine US capitals. google it and then try entering each one in sequence.

everyone’s number is the same. look on a standard phone and see what letters correspond to each number. technically, there are 729 possible combinations, but if you don’t have to ask for help you might be smart enough to see the answer. translate the city name from the german (e.g. babelfish) and away you go!
